Theincumbent will have the day to day responsibility for Clients CorporateAccounting & Reporting function for companies and SPCs, mainly incorporatedin Cayman, along with overseeing the activities, outputs and processesincluding all relevant financial statements.

Fund Accountant will also have a strongfoundation in financial accounting as applied to investment management.

Musthave direct experience in designing and maintaining a chart of accounts forfund structures, with a explicit understanding of how accounts are organizedacross assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses at the fund entitylevel.

Act as the system owner/sponsor for thecompanys accounting and reporting system.

- Prepare and perform the review of financialdata and preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal andexternal purposes and do accounting and reporting problem resolution consistentwith strategic objectives of Company and in accordance with generally acceptedaccounting principles, applicable regulations, and company policies andprocedures.
- Prepare various financial reports as requiredfrom time to time.
- Providing support to other departments andmanagers in the matters of Finance and payments.
- Deal with internal and external auditors andsupply relevant information.




- Work closely with the members of the serviceprovider team on Finance related matters to ensure smooth coordination inday-to-day functioning and achievement of role objectives.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality andethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatoryand internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, GroupCompliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, DataProtection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict ofInterest and Insider Dealing Policy).

Knowledge of International standards andregulatory requirements for Accounting and Reporting
- Experience in design and implementation offinancial accounting and internal control systems
- Familiarity with various accounting systems
