Role Description The Delegate Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving delegate registrations and attendance for Plexus Global Events’ conferences, Roundtables and Exhibitions. This full time remote role involves identifying and segmenting target audiences, researching potential delegates, and conducting outreach via phone, email, social media, and professional networks.

The executive will nurture relationships with prospective participants, clearly communicate event value propositions, and manage pipelines to meet delegate acquisition targets and timelines.

Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and messaging, and providing feedback on audience insights and market trends. The role also includes supporting post-event follow-up, tracking delegate satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement of acquisition strategies.
