We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Recovery Collector to handle customer accounts, payment follow-ups, and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending EMI/dues and payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment details, and available payment options to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on assigned accounts.
- Record customer responses, payment commitments, and collection updates accurately.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow company policies, customer communication guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
