Key ResponsibilitiesFor Dean / Academic Leadership
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the School of Computing.
- Develop and implement academic strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
- Lead curriculum development, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Promote industry-academia collaboration and skilled partnerships.
- Mentor faculty members and support their academic and professional development.
- Encourage interdisciplinary teaching, research, innovation, and consultancy.
- Contribute to accreditation, rankings, academic audits, and institutional quality initiatives.

For IQAC / Quality Assurance
- Support the implementation of academic quality standards and continuous improvement processes.
- Coordinate documentation and quality-related activities.




- Assist in preparation for accreditation and assessment processes.
- Develop and monitor academic quality benchmarks.
- Maintain institutional records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Promote best practices in teaching, learning, assessment, and academic administration.

For Research & Innovation
- Develop and lead research initiatives within the School.
- Encourage publication of research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Facilitate funded research projects, consultancy, and industry collaborations.
- Guide students and faculty in research and innovation activities.
- Promote patents, copyrights, technology development, and entrepreneurship.
- Build collaborations with universities, research institutions, and industry.

For Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate student projects.
- Participate actively in research and publication activities.
- Mentor students in academic and career development.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to departmental development, accreditation,



and institutional initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Ph.D. / Master's / Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline, as applicable to the position.
- Candidates must possess the qualifications prescribed by UGC / applicable regulatory norms for the respective position.
- Relevant teaching, research, academic administration, or industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong academic/research profile with publications, projects, patents, consultancy, or industry exposure will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Preference Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Experience in NAAC / NBA / IQAC / NIRF / accreditation-related activities
- Strong research publications and funded projects
- Industry-academia collaboration experience
- Academic leadership or administrative experience
- Experience in curriculum development and outcome-based education
- Relevant industry certifications or professional experience
