- Contribute to Network Development Plan and Investment Plan inputs (prioritization logic, phasing, critical assumptions)
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders to ensure local/regional conditions and capacity can meet targets and deliveries
- Maintain a structured portfolio of network opportunities/risks and propose actions/projects
