Roles and Responsibilities:

1. System Design and Configuration:

- Design, configure, and implement Distributed Control Systems (DCS) tailored to plant operations and requirements.

- Collaborate with process engineers to develop Control Philosophies for different process units.

1. Installation and Commissioning:

- Oversee the installation of DCS hardware and software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Conduct system demonstrations and commissioning activities, ensuring the system operates as intended.

1. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

- Diagnose and resolve system issues, including hardware malfunctions, software anomalies,



and communication errors.

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to DCS software and firmware to enhance functionality and reliability.
