We are looking for Tech Lead with expertise in DataStage.
- Total Experience 8 – 12yrs
- Should have hands-on experience on building ETL data flows in DataStage.
- Should be strong on SQL, Stored Procedures and Data Warehouse concepts
- Should have positive understanding of FACTS, dimensions, data model schemas.
- Should be able to drive team, Maintain effort tracker, Maintain timesheets, Maintain delivery metrics.
- Should be able to Communicate & represent offshore team to Client
- Should Track deliveries, Ensure delivery timelines are met
- Bring speed & improvement in delivery
- Remove blocker by communicating with stakeholders
- Should have in-depth knowledge to do code reviews.
- Should be able to guide team on performance tuning of queries.
- Should have hands-on experience on Agile, Do Backlog grooming, handle agile ceremonies using Azure ADO Board
- Also, being a tech Lead, he should own user-stories and deliver it.
