Role Description This is a part-time, remote Dating Expert role focused on providing one-to-one guidance to users via chat and calls.

The Dating

Expert will offer practical dating advice, help users improve communication and relationship skills, and support them in navigating online and offline dating scenarios. Daily tasks include conducting scheduled sessions, assessing user concerns, recommending actionable strategies, and maintaining accurate notes on user interactions. The role also involves creating short insights or tips for in-app content, collaborating with the team to refine support guidelines,



and upholding confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship counseling and coaching skills, including experience guiding individuals through dating and communication challenges.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and non-judgmental support skills, with the ability to build trust quickly in virtual sessions.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex emotional topics in simple, actionable terms.
- Familiarity with modern dating platforms, social media, and common online dating behaviors and issues.
- Ability to manage multiple sessions, handle sensitive topics professionally, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, basic technical proficiency, and availability for part time, flexible hours.
- Relevant background in psychology, counseling, coaching, social work, or related fields is highly beneficial; certifications or formal training in relationship or life coaching are a plus.
