This is a contract Senior Technical Specialist role that is a hybrid role. The role is located in Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai. The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical personnel
- Familiarity and experience in Technical Support
- Customer Service experience
- Experience in cloud and DevOps services, data science, AI, big data, and cybersecurity solutions would be beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Should have Strong Developing, Designing, Database skills for the below Databases.
- MS SQL Server • MYSQL • Oracle • Postgres • Redshift • Mongo
- Should have Very Strong knowledge on PL SQL Programming
- Should have very strong knowledge on Python / Scala
- Should have very solid knowledge on PySpark / Scala Spark
- Should have strong Data Modelling skills.
- Should be able to model the DB for Various business functional datasets.
- Should be proficient at All the Data handling services of Azure
