Job Summary

We are looking for a Databricks Business Trainer with strong business understanding and communication skills to train non-technical stakeholders on leveraging Databricks for business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data technology and business users by simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-understand business use cases.

Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for business users, clients, and stakeholders.

- Explain business use cases of Databricks across industries (finance, retail, healthcare, etc.).

- Translate technical data concepts into simple business language.

- Develop training materials including presentations, case studies, and documentation.

- Demonstrate how data-driven insights can improve business performance and decision-making.

- Support adoption of Databricks within client organization.

- Collaborate with technical teams to align training with real-world implementations.

- Deliver workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.





- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Pre-sales / Corporate Training, on Databricks.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of business processes for Databricks and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to simplify complex technical Databricks concepts for non-technical audiences.

- Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools.

- Experience in stakeholder or client interaction.

Must Have

- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Good understanding of SQL or data querying.

- Experience in corporate training or LD.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
