Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst & AI Tools Specialist who can analyze business and operational data, prepare meaningful reports and dashboards, and use modern AI tools to improve reporting, automation, productivity, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Excel, data analysis, dashboards, Power BI and AI tools, with the ability to convert raw operational data into clear and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Identify trends, errors, gaps, and unusual patterns in operational data.
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases and reporting files.
- Perform data reconciliation and quality checks.
- Analyze operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, manpower, and performance data.

2. Excel & MIS

- Develop advanced Excel reports using:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- INDEX & MATCH
- Pivot Tables
- Pivot Charts
- SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
- IF / Nested IF
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Power Query
- Automate repetitive Excel-based reporting wherever possible.
- Create standardized templates for recurring reports.

3. Power BI & Dashboarding

- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI.
- Connect and transform data from Excel, CSV, databases, and other sources.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and visualizations for management.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards.
- Understand basic DAX and data modelling.

4. AI Tools & Automation

- Use AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, documentation, and daily productivity.
- Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Power BI AI features, and other relevant AI platforms.
- Use AI for:




- Data cleaning and analysis
- Report generation
- Formula creation
- Data summarization
- Document preparation
- Business insights
- Process automation
- Email and communication drafting
- Identify repetitive manual processes that can be improved using AI or automation.
- Develop effective prompts and reusable AI workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy before using them in business reports.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.
- Work with the Operations, HR, Accounts, and Management teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, AI tools, or other suitable technologies.
- Maintain proper documentation of automated processes and reporting logic.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of Power BI.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data cleaning and validation.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting.
- Practical experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Ability to create effective AI prompts.
- Basic understanding of automation and workflow improvement.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- SQL knowledge.
- Power Query / Power Pivot.
- Basic DAX.
- Python for data analysis is an advantage.
- Experience with APIs or automation tools is an advantage.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or operational databases will be an

advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, B.Tech (IT),Bachelor in Engineering
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Excel, or AI tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
