Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on data-driven solutions, predictive models, and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, statistics, machine learning, and working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
- Build predictive and classification models using appropriate ML algorithms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and product stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality for analytics and ML use cases.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, Generative AI, and data science.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas,



NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Experience in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Positive understanding of Azure/AWS/GCP and cloud-based data platforms is an advantage.

Good to Have

- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, or RAG.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, PySpark, MLflow, or similar platforms.
- Experience deploying ML models into production.
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to financial services, banking, or fintech domains.

Education Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
