About The Role We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team at Work360. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities will include performing exploratory data analysis, developing baseline machine learning models, and collaborating closely with senior data scientists to convert complex business challenges into actionable data solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to enhance their expertise in statistics, machine learning, and modern data science practices while working with both structured and unstructured datasets.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A strong foundation in Python programming and statistical analysis is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, as well as familiarity with Scikit-learn for machine learning tasks. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and cleaning, along with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, is required. Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.





A keen interest in data-driven problem solving and a proactive mindset are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, relationships, and insights within datasets, and communicate these findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Build, evaluate, and validate baseline classification, regression, and clustering models to address various business challenges.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Jupyter Notebook to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Perform hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and summarize statistical findings for project documentation and reporting.
- Assist senior data scientists with model tuning, experimentation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of models and processes.
