- Lead and mentor the Data Scientist team, facilitating their growth and development.
- Possess the flexibility to excel in both individual contributor and team management capacities.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to formulate and implement a robust data strategy.
- Forge partnerships with credit bureaus to leverage valuable data resources.
- Oversee the execution of data science projects using Python programming.
- Architect, construct, test, and uphold data-driven APIs through team-oriented teamwork.
- Drive the nationwide deployment of data-powered underwriting and cross-selling systems.
- Conduct on-demand business analysis and provide consultancy on performance, productivity, quality, NPAs

(Non-Performing Assets), and other pertinent metrics.

o Onboarding all stakeholders o Ensuring trainings on data science modules like underwriting models o Processing all data and data handling
