- Hands-on experience as an AI Engineer with proficiency in Python, APIs, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.

- Ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and deploy AI solutions.
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand new business domains, processes, and technical architectures.
- Ability to own the collection, documentation, and prioritization of user feedback, defects, and enhancement opportunities.
- Experience supporting testing, solution optimization, and continuous enhancements to ensure business KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
