Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop advanced data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Build and deploy machine learning models using various algorithms and technologies.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and automate data workflows to ensure effective data processing.
- Communicate complex data insights through clear and actionable visualizations and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve data science capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of data science infrastructure and tools to support large-scale data analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and models through rigorous testing and validation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.




- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data visualization principles.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation techniques, and data mining concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Programming languages: Python, R.
- Machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Data engineering tools: Apache Spark, Hadoop, Apache Kafka.
- Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau/Power BI.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases.
- Database management: SQL, NoSQL databases.
- Operating systems: Linux, Windows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with deep learning frameworks, NLP, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with data governance and compliance.
