Must-Have

- Expertise in the Python scientific stack (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Polars).
- Strong foundation in linear algebra and vector calculus.
- Experience with linear algebra, vector calculus, and coordinate transformations (reference frame handling) for 3D trajectory processing & spatial data processing
- Familiarity with 3D spatial indexing (k-d trees, octrees), mesh processing, surface normal calculations, and point-to-mesh / path mapping.
- Experience with statistical modeling, multivariate time-series analysis including descriptive statistics, rolling / window based analysis, trend estimation, rate of change of analysis, correlation analysis,and configurable / dynamic thresholding.
- Experience aligning asynchronous and multi-rate data streams using timestamp-based synchronization, interpolation, resampling, and temporal alignment techniques.
- Experience preparing high-frequency industrial process data for time series analysis and modelling, including data validation, restructuring, segmentation, and generation of model ready spatial-temporal datasets.
- Experience in time series based condition / health monitoring, including analysis of machine status, alarms, fault event, operating conditions, degradation indicators & detection of abnormal trends or behavior




- Experience processing 3D spatial datasets, time-series data, and vector operations

Good-to-Have

- C++ & Performance Tooling
- Experience writing C++ code based on functional requirements.
- Familiarity with converting analytical outputs into binary formats (e.g., Protobuf, FlatBuffers) for efficient backend distribution.
- Familiarity with building low-latency 3D spatial calculation engines using standard C++ performance libraries (e.g., Eigen, CGAL).
- Familiarity with ROS2 for robotics application development.

Software Engineering & Architecture

- Experience converting analytical outputs into binary formats (e.g., Protobuf, FlatBuffers) for efficient backend distribution.
- Experience in industrial-grade software development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
