The company works with different types of data and data providers to identify, source, procure, organize, and manage datasets according to business requirements. The Data Procurement team works closely with data vendors and suppliers to find relevant datasets, evaluate their suitability, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate the procurement process.

Position

Data Procurement / Sourcing Executive

- Location: Lucknow
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced
- Qualification: Graduate – Any Stream
- Salary: Up to ₹18,000/month Fixed

- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant data sources, suppliers, and vendors.
- Source and procure high-quality datasets as per business requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with data vendors through calls, emails, and other professional channels.
- Negotiate pricing, data quality, volume, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
- Conduct market research to identify new and reliable data sources.
- Understand data requirements and identify suitable vendors accordingly.
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, availability, and usability of datasets.




- Compare different vendors and available data options.
- Follow up with vendors regarding samples, quotations, data delivery, and requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, reports, databases, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding data requirements and vendor updates.
- Maintain proper records of vendor communication and procurement activities.
- Achieve assigned sourcing and procurement targets.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive research and information-gathering abilities.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of data and AI/technology concepts is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.

Eligibility

- Graduation must be completed.
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Lucknow office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
