Role & responsibilities

Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred.

- Experience working in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
- Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.
- A robust understanding of mathematical concepts is required.
- A basic understanding of accounting principles would be preferred.
- Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process,



providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance in connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.
- Showcase the functionality and features of platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.
- Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
