About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Mining Executive to support our logistics and freight brokerage operations. The candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, validating, and maintaining accurate data related to U.S. trucking companies, carriers, owner-operators, brokers, and other logistics contacts.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential carriers, trucking companies, owner-operators, and logistics contacts through online sources.
- Collect and maintain accurate information including company name, contact details, fleet information, locations, and operational details.
- Use search engines, websites, directories, LinkedIn, and other online platforms for data research.
- Verify and validate collected information to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and regularly update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
- Identify new data sources and opportunities for building relevant carrier/contact databases.
- Perform data cleansing, filtering, and basic analysis as required.




- Coordinate with the Operations and Carrier Sales teams to provide relevant and updated data.
- Achieve daily/weekly data research and productivity targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Mining, Data Research, Lead Generation, Back Office, or Logistics is preferred.
- Freshers with strong research and communication skills can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research and data-gathering skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify inaccurate or duplicate information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a U.S. shift.
