Role Description The Data Management Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring that PPStack’s data assets are accurate, consistent, secure, and usable across the organization. This role involves defining and implementing data management processes, maintaining master data sets, and monitoring data quality for key systems and platforms.

The specialist will support data governance initiatives, document data standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include analyzing data for integrity and completeness, resolving data issues, preparing reports and dashboards,



and contributing to data-driven decision-making for educational products and services. The role also includes partnering with product, technology, and analytics teams to optimize data flows and support AI-powered learning and career solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data management skills, including experience with Data Management practices and Master Data Management in operational and analytics environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Data Governance, with the ability to define data policies, standards, stewardship processes, and compliance controls.
- Candidates should possess Data Quality skills, including profiling, validation, monitoring, and remediation to ensure reliable and consistent data.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with proficiency in interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data integration tools or ETL processes is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with BI or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data documentation tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in EdTech, education services, or digital product organizations is a plus.
