Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated qualified with hands-on experience in Data Products, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Planning, and Data Management. The ideal candidate should have experience building and driving enterprise data products, defining data roadmaps, implementing governance frameworks, and translating business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute enterprise data strategy and data product initiatives.

- Build and manage end-to-end data products aligned to business objectives.

- Develop data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and quality controls.

- Create strategic data roadmaps, implementation plans, and data transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business, analytics, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

- Perform data analysis, profiling, mapping, and data modeling activities.

- Drive data quality improvement initiatives and establish governance KPIs.

- Support master data management (MDM),



metadata management, and data stewardship programs.

- Translate business requirements into actionable data products and solutions.

- Contribute to cloud-based data platform initiatives and modern data architecture programs.

Required Skills

- Experience in Data Products Management

- Strong understanding of Data Strategy & Data Planning

- Hands-on experience in Data Governance

- Knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata Management, and MDM

- Data Modeling and Data Architecture expertise

- Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (Azure preferred)

- Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

- Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark

- Data Engineering and Data Visualization exposure

- CDMP Certification (preferred)

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data transformation programs

Education

- B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA

- MBA or relevant Data Management certifications preferred
