Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Okhla. This role is responsible for accurately entering patient, test, and billing information into laboratory information systems and other digital platforms. Daily tasks include verifying data from source documents, updating records, maintaining data quality standards, and flagging discrepancies for resolution.

The Data Entry

Specialist collaborates with front-desk, lab operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely processing of orders and reports. The role also includes basic administrative support,



such as organizing digital files and assisting with routine documentation as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong typing skills and computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry software, and basic office applications.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to handle inquiries politely and support a positive experience for patients and partners.
- Administrative assistance capabilities, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and following standard operating procedures.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with confidential medical information responsibly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare or diagnostics environment; prior experience in a lab, hospital, or medical office is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Okhla and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in computers, office administration, or healthcare support is a plus.
