Key Responsibilities
- Enter goods dispatch memos, delivery records, and operational documents into the company ERP system.
- Update shipment and parcel movement records.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
- Verify operational documents and maintain records.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Ensure timely and accurate system updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of data entry or operations experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and logistics environment.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in transport, logistics, courier, or warehousing preferred.
