Role Description The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems related to textile production, orders, and inventory. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data from source documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy, organizing records, and preparing basic reports as needed.

The role also involves coordinating with administrative and production teams, responding to information requests, and following established data management procedures. This is a full time, on-site position based in Bavla,



requiring consistent presence on the manufacturing premises to support smooth operations and timely documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with accurate and efficient data entry abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, documentation, and routine office tasks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling numerical and textual data.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prior experience in data entry, office operations, or a similar role in manufacturing or textiles is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer applications or office administration is beneficial.
