We are looking for a Female Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in SAP and warehouse/store operations. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of SAP transactions, invoice processing, and GRN activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day data entry activities using SAP.
- Process and verify invoices in SAP.
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and related SAP transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and update system data on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store and internal teams for documentation and data accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and MIS activities as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.




- Knowledge of Invoice Processing in SAP.
- Good understanding of GRN Process.
- Prior experience in Stores/Warehouse operations will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
