Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records. The role involves managing daily data entries, preparing reports, maintaining documentation, verifying information, and ensuring timely and accurate data management while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data accurately in Excel, ERP, CRM, and other company systems.

- Maintain and organize daily records, files, and documentation.

- Verify data for accuracy and identify any discrepancies or missing information.

- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Maintain sales, customer, inventory, dispatch, attendance, or other operational data as required.

- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.

- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and digital records.

- Perform data sorting, filtering,



formatting, and basic analysis in MS Excel.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and reporting tasks.

- Follow company procedures related to attendance, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Back Office, or a similar role.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Robust typing speed with good accuracy.

- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
