Production Department

- Enter daily production data into ERP/software systems or spreadsheets.

- Maintain production records, batch details, and work orders.

- Update inventory and stock movement records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with production staff.

- Maintain documentation related to manufacturing activities.

Dispatch Department

- Generate dispatch invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents.

- Record dispatch details, vehicle information, and shipment status.

- Update customer order dispatch records in the system.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate documentation.

- Track dispatched goods and maintain dispatch registers.

- Prepare dispatch reports and maintain filing systems.
