Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator role based in Jaipur. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product information, customer details, and transaction records in internal systems and databases.

Daily responsibilities include

Uploading and updating product information on the company website.

Maintaining and updating Excel sheets and other digital records.

Entering and verifying product & inventory,

Correcting data discrepancies and maintaining organized digital records.

Managing gemstone and related inventory data.

Following data management procedures and meeting productivity.

- Handling confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills with quick and accurate typing and good attention to detail.





Expertise in MS Excel and good knowledge of maintaining Excel sheets.

Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools.

Basic computer literacy and experience working with web-based platforms and internal software systems.

Ability to handle website uploading and product listing tasks.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

- Ability to follow structured processes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

*Minimum a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Experience

1 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
