Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital is looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our Medical Records Department (MRD).

Location: Mastichak, Bihar

Department: Medical Records Department (MRD)

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Accurate data entry and maintenance of medical records
- Updating patient information in the hospital/HRMS system
- Maintaining and organizing medical records and documentation
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality
- Supporting the MRD team in record retrieval and documentation
- Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams as required

Candidate Profile ✅ Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience

✅ Good typing and computer skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office/Excel

✅ Attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Positive communication and coordination skills

✅ Experience in a hospital/healthcare environment will be an added advantage
