Position: Data Entry Operator – Cocopeat

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to maintain daily production, stock, packing, and dispatch records for our Cocopeat operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter daily cocopeat production data in ERP / Excel.
2. Maintain records of raw materials, finished goods, and stock.
3. Update production quantity, packing quantity, and dispatch details.
4. Enter machine-wise and shift-wise production data.
5. Maintain records of 5 kg blocks, grow bags, briquettes, slabs and other cocopeat products.
6. Update inward and outward material records.
7. Prepare daily production and stock reports.
8. Maintain MIS reports and production trackers.
9. Verify data received from Production, Stores,



Quality and Dispatch teams.
10. Check for errors, missing information and duplicate entries.
11. Maintain proper physical and digital documentation.
12. Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for pending information.
13. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
14. Ensure all data is entered accurately and on time.

Required Skills

1. Good knowledge of MS Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of ERP software.
3. Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
4. Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting and filtering.
5. Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

1. Any Degree / Diploma
2. 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry / ERP / Production / Stores / Manufacturing is preferred.
3. Experience in Cocopeat / Coir industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
