Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Data

Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that power CyberPod and other sovereign intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing robust ETL processes, developing data models and warehouses, and ensuring data quality, security, and reliability across multiple sources. The role involves close collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to make data accessible, efficient, and fit for advanced analytics and real-time decision-making.

Engineer will also monitor performance, optimize infrastructure,



and contribute to best practices for data governance in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

- Strong data engineering skills, including experience designing and operating scalable data pipelines and distributed data systems.
- Proficiency in data modeling and data warehousing to structure, organize, and optimize data for analytics and operational workloads.
- Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including orchestration tools and workflow automation.
- Applied data analytics skills to transform raw data into actionable insights and support AI and intelligence workflows.
- Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python, Scala, or Java).
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (for example, cloud data services, streaming frameworks, or big data ecosystems).
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance principles, especially in mission-critical or regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of complex data problems.
