Your day-to-day work will completely revolve around mentoring, guiding, and coaching technical folks from junior engineers up to senior levels. Additionally, you will get dedicated hands-on exposure to upskill in GenAI, AI-assisted workflows, and Claude/LLM tooling to stay ahead of the technology curve.

What You Will Do

- Mentoring & Coaching: Guide and coach technical professionals (junior to senior level) through structured data engineering concepts, architecture patterns, and hands-on labs.
- Curriculum & Hands-on Enablement: Build real-world case studies, ETL pipeline exercises, and practical projects using Snowflake or Databricks.
- 100% Enablement Focus: Work purely on technical coaching, knowledge sharing,



and student/trainee growth without any client delivery management.
- AI & GenAI Upskilling: Actively learn and integrate modern AI workflowsincluding Claude, LLM integrations, and AI engineering practicesinto modern data engineering learning paths.
- Preferred: Snowflake or Databricks is good to have not mandatory

Who Should Apply?

- Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with either Snowflake (Snowpark, SQL, Data Pipelines) OR Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Spark SQL).
