Job Summary

BestPeers Infosystem is looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and data processing.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python or Power BI, along with positive hands-on experience in building and maintaining ETL/ELT and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
- Collect, integrate, transform, and process data from multiple sources.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms and services.
- Develop and optimize data processing workflows using Python and/or relevant data tools.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data quality or pipeline-related issues.
- Implement data validation, transformation, and quality checks.
- Optimize existing pipelines and data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Support data modeling, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, software engineers, and other technical teams.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of relevant Data Engineering experience.




- Strong hands-on experience in data pipeline development.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS
- GCP
- Azure
- Strong proficiency in Python OR Power BI.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
- Experience working with data transformation, integration, and processing.
- Good understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with PySpark.
- Experience with cloud data services such as AWS Glue, Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.
- Experience with data orchestration/scheduling tools.
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with large datasets and production data pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who has genuine hands-on experience building data pipelines in a production environment, understands cloud-based data engineering, and can independently troubleshoot and optimize data workflows.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods can be considered.

Candidates should be comfortable attending the second round of the interview face-to-face at our Indore office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
