We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of intricate data migration, platform, and management projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to guarantee high-quality, future-ready architectures and smooth project delivery. Join our team to create meaningful data delivery results and grow your career.

Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of delivery on assigned accounts
- Ensure governance of delivery and production processes according to the selected delivery model
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related matters, including escalations and resource ramp-downs
- Handle resource allocation to guarantee appropriate skills and seniority levels
- Deliver technical leadership to guarantee robust and future-ready data solution architecture
- Facilitate coordination across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Proactively resolve client issues and manage engagement risks
- Oversee the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
- Guarantee project compliance with EPAM processes and agile delivery methodologies
- Ensure execution of client responsibilities across engagements




- Develop delivery plans with precise timeframe and resource estimations
- Implement ongoing delivery risk management strategies
- Track and enhance delivery productivity
- Contribute technical and management expertise to sales activities and bid processes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Solid background in Data Delivery Management spanning 14 to 20 years
- Proven experience leading complex data migration and data management solution delivery
- Skilled in Data Architecture and Data Solution Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Big Data, ETL/ELT Solutions, Databricks, and Data Mesh
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
- Solid project management expertise grounded in industry best practices
- Capability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
- Outstanding communication and client-facing abilities
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Background in agile delivery models
- Capacity to manage delivery risks and escalate issues when needed
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
- English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level
