Location: Mumbai

End to end responsibility of Data modelling and architecture framework across Financial services sector( Data warehouse, Data Lake, CDP, reporting platforms). Combines engineering expertise with innovation and ingenuity to deliver robust enterprise grade data platform. Responsible to achievement of comprehensive data architecture template for the Financial services sector.

Accountable to implement Data driven culture in the Organization

- Responsible for ensuring that an appropriate Data Governance process is followed

Integration of data platforms with all core FSS applications

Responsible for Design Data architecture standards for strategic data ecosystem across all key platforms.

- Design and supervise a data infrastructure , data flows and data management principles
- Creation of Data pipelines, data streaming

- Build process for data lifecycle management

Proficient in wide range of data technologies, Data Modeling, Metadata Management

End to end project delivery management in line with the agreed KPI’s and SLA’s

Interact regularly with stake holders to determine the needs and to develop plans for continuous improvements

Project management with ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks for solving complex business problems through data engineering solutions.





Extensive knowledge in various data architecture objects, FACTS, Attributes,

Hierarchies, Transformations, Filters etc.

- Communicate effectively with Tech. and not Tech. colleagues to enable understanding of data platform technologies
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders like Operations, Data Science and other IT Data

teams to effectively manage the data environment

Strong Experience with Data governance (Data Quality, Metadata Management,

Security etc.)

Exploring emerging Tech. to implement Data Solutions

3: Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the positions)

Interaction with CBO/CTO grades as well as various functions and Stakeholders

Creating a data culture and data awareness in the organization

Capacity Planning for data and reporting platforms

Talent acquisition & Skilling of the existing talent to meet business ambitions/delivery

4: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).

Decisions made alone – Management/maintenance/bug fixes/ stakeholders management.

All items requiring key architectural calls, investments, additional expense should be consulted with manager and above.

-Above 10-12 years’ of experience working as a data engineering and data technology preferably in a

Banking/Finance industry

- Have been a team manager for at least 3 years

-Knowledge of data technologies, Data warehouse, Data Lake,

CDP, Python, Java,

Scala,database (SQL,

ORACLE etc.). Martech technologies exposure.
