Role Description The Data Analytics Faculty will deliver classroom training and practical lab sessions in topics such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, and related tools and technologies.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and course materials, developing real-time projects and case studies, and evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and project reviews. The faculty member will mentor learners on career paths, support placement activities,



and stay current with industry trends to continuously update curriculum content. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers to enhance teaching methodologies and contributing to workshops or seminars conducted by the institute.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Science concepts, including statistics, data cleaning, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
- Proficiency in key analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and popular libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Machine Learning techniques and frameworks, and familiarity with BI/visualization tools like Power BI
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment creation.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in IT or analytics, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Industry experience in data-driven roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Commitment to learner success, willingness to guide students on projects and placements, and ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
