We are looking for a Data Analyst & Power BI Developer who will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, data scraping, data transformation, and dashboard development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and interactive reports.
- Collect data from multiple sources including websites, APIs, Excel, CSV files, databases, and business applications.
- Perform web scraping/data scraping to collect structured data from websites and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain scraping processes using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Clean, transform, validate, and organize raw data for analysis.
- Use Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Develop data models and establish relationships between multiple datasets in Power BI.
- Create DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Design user-friendly and visually effective dashboards based on business requirements.
- Analyze sales, inventory, purchasing, profitability, customer, marketing, and operational data.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards to reduce manual reporting activities.




- Integrate data from multiple systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor data refreshes and troubleshoot data connectivity and dashboard issues.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities from data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and customized MIS reports.
- Work closely with management and different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Convert business requirements into appropriate data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Maintain documentation for data sources, calculations, dashboards, and data processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, security, and confidentiality.
- Optimize Power BI reports and queries for better performance and faster loading.
- Continuously improve existing dashboards, reports, and data collection processes.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Valuable knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
