The candidate will be responsible for business and data analysis, developing dashboards, generating actionable business insights, supporting business initiatives, process improvement, and taking ownership of allocated business modules. The role will involve close coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook and Python-based data analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
- Good understanding of databases, data structures, reporting, and business analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Background:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, Consulting, Strategy, Operations, or similar roles.
- Big 4 / Management Consulting experience will be preferred.
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
