- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support offer adoptions, track activation progress, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and program rollouts
- Build, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track business performance across programs and portfolios
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from internal databases for reporting and analysis purposes
- Handle ad-hoc data requests, deliver structured lead-lists and performance trackers, and ensure numbers are accurate before reaching stakeholders
Experience Required 12 years of hands-on experience in an MIS or reporting role
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, Intermediate SQL
