Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer / Data Analyst / MIS Executive with excellent hands-on knowledge of both Power BI and Advanced Excel.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, Advanced Excel MIS reports, business analysis, KPI reports and management dashboards. The role involves working with Sales, Finance and Operations data and converting business data into accurate and meaningful reports for Management.

Strong Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, as the role will involve regular work in both Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Develop reports for Sales, Target vs Achievement, Collections, Outstanding, KPIs and Business Performance.
- Create DAX measures and calculations in Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.
- Build and maintain effective Data Models.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop Excel dashboards using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts and Advanced Excel formulas.
- Perform data reconciliation and identify data discrepancies.
- Automate recurring MIS and reporting activities.
- Analyse business data and provide useful insights to Management.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across Excel, Power BI, ERP and other reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI, Excel, SQL, data refresh and reporting.
- Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver reports within timelines.

Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, MIS or Business Intelligence.
- Excellent practical knowledge of Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently create dashboards and reports from business requirements.
- Experience handling large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Sales, Finance or Operations data will be an advantage.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, SQL or Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
