Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help our teams make data-backed decisions through data analysis, KPI reporting and data visualization. To do well in this role, you need a keen eye for detail, prior experience as a data analyst, and a strong understanding of popular data analysis tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret data, analyze results and provide regular reports.

- Build analytics dashboards.

- Handle KPI reporting for different business verticals.

- Get data from primary and secondary sources, and maintain databases and data systems.

- Work with other departments on their data analysis and visualization needs.

- Find meaningful insights in data and turn them into recommendations people can act on.

Skills & Requirements

- Technical expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining and segmentation techniques.





- Knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing datasets with tools such as Excel, Python, SQL and R.

- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and share large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.

- Skilled at writing queries, writing reports and presenting findings.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with A/B testing, ANOVA, probability distributions and regression analysis.

- Ability to work with large datasets.

Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis (preferred).

- At least 1 year of hands-on SQL experience (preferred).

- Experience at a product company or startup is a plus.

Education

- A full-time bachelor's degree from a recognized university
