The Data Analyst will be responsible for translating the Group’s data - spanning customer/stakeholder data (Teachers, Schools, Retailers, Distributors, Vendors, Partners) and factory operations data (production, dispatch, inventory, material movement) - into actionable business insights. The role owns dashboard and report development across CRM and ERP systems, surfacing coverage metrics, campaign engagement, operational efficiency, data health scores, and compliance status for SBU heads, plant leadership, and senior management.
The position works closely with the Data Management Lead, Governance Lead, Marketing Automation Lead, and SBU stakeholders to ensure data is structured, accurate, and presented in a way that drives decision-making across the organisation.
