Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust data integration models using SQL to support business reporting and analytics.

- Clean, transform, and prepare large or complex datasets using Python and advanced wrangling techniques.

- Conduct exploratory, cohort, funnel, and root cause analyses to uncover actionable business insights.

- Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and Excel reports for internal and client stakeholders.

- Validate and ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data and analytical outputs.

- Leverage AI tools for prompt-driven analytics, code generation, and dashboarding, while critically verifying AI outputs.

- Partner with engineering to improve data pipelines and resolve schema or source inconsistencies.

- Translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Lead solution clarification and client meetings, eliciting requirements and aligning deliverables with stakeholder goals.

- Demonstrate ownership, integrity, and transparency throughout the analytical project lifecycle.

Requirements Must have

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis or analytics roles

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python for data integration and analysis

- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools

- Proven ability to build dashboards and communicate insights to business stakeholders

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering analytical projects

- Good to have Experience with Adobe Analytics or CRM platforms is preferred

- Familiarity with SaaS data environments is a plus

- Background in customer analytics for SaaS products is advantageous
