Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, finance reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau, along with the ability to analyze financial data and create meaningful reports and dashboards.

The role also requires a good understanding of contracts and agreements, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual information and extract relevant business and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare and maintain finance reports, management reports, and data reporting dashboards.
- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Translate business and finance requirements into meaningful reports and data visualizations.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate data solutions.
- Read, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and contractual terms.
- Extract and interpret key financial, commercial, and operational information from contracts.
- Identify relevant contractual obligations, timelines, financial terms,



and other important data points.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, and other teams to improve reporting processes and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance Reporting, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience in Finance Reporting and Data Reporting.
- Strong dashboard development and data visualization skills.
- Positive understanding of financial data and reporting concepts.
- Experience with data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a simple and meaningful manner.
- Good knowledge of contract reading and contract analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills would be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Commercial, or Business Operations teams.
- Experience in developing executive-level dashboards and MIS reports.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools.
- Experience in reporting automation and process improvement.
- Understanding of financial and commercial contracts.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM or relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
