Data Analyst - AV Support Data Infrastructure & Analytics

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Hybrid (Bangalore/Hyderabad)

Responsibilities:

● 4 - 6 years in data analytics, business analytics or data engineering, with real ownership of datasets or pipelines rather than only consuming them.

● Strong SQL , and hands-on experience building production transformations in Spark SQL and Hive

- including writing canonical, reusable query patterns that other people build on, not just one-off analysis queries.

● Experience with customer support data

- contacts, tickets, channels, handle time, CSAT and the operational realities behind them. You should be comfortable with the fact that support data is messy, multi-grained and rarely means exactly what the column name suggests.





● Solid stakeholder communication. You can take an ambiguous business question from a non-technical partner, scope it into something answerable, push back when the framing is wrong, and present the result so a decision can be made from it. ● Practical experience using AI tools

to build dashboards, pipelines and analysis - using agentic coding tools to move faster, while retaining the judgement to validate what they produce.

● Understanding of the autonomous vehicle space
