Key Responsibilities

Audit Findings Tracking & Compliance

- Track the closure status of audit findings and proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified observations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, monitor evidence submissions, and provide regular management updates to support successful audit compliance closure.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, clarify expectations, and drive alignment.
- Coordinate with multiple business units and functional teams to ensure timely data submission, review, and sign-off.
- Prepare transparent updates and management-ready summaries for governance forums and leadership reviews.

Project Management & Coordination

- Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items across internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain structured trackers and follow-up mechanisms to ensure visibility of progress and closure status.
- Support planning, coordination,



and governance cadence for O3-related initiatives and reporting deliverables.

Group Governance Coordination

- Support group-level governance initiatives by tracking KPIs, compliance metrics, reporting standards, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure adherence to defined governance frameworks, documentation standards, and review mechanisms.

Partner SLA & KPI Tracking

- Monitor partner/vendor SLAs and KPIs, including service performance, uptime, response time, delivery metrics, and compliance status.

Audit Findings Tracking & Compliance

- Monitor audit finding closure status and follow up with responsible stakeholders for timely remediation.
- Ensure proper documentation, evidence tracking, and management updates for audit compliance closure.
