About the opportunity

We’re looking for an analytical, curious and organised intern to support data analysis, market research and CRM projects.

You’ll help collect, clean and interpret information, identify patterns and turn findings into clear reports. The role also includes supporting our research lab on topics such as international business, leadership and organisational management.

This opportunity suits someone interested in applying analytical skills to practical business questions and structured research.

What you’ll do

- Collect, clean and organise data from spreadsheets, CRM records, market reports.
- Identify duplicates, missing information and inconsistencies.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer segments.
- Create summary tables, charts and simple dashboards to communicate findings.
- Maintain CRM records and segment contacts by market, industry and relevance.
- Extract research findings into structured datasets and evidence tables.
- Prepare concise reports explaining patterns, limitations and business implications.
- Maintain project trackers and document sources and analytical steps.





Who we’re looking for You may be studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Management or a related field.

You should have

- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, filters and charts.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in data quality.
- The ability to interpret information and explain findings clearly.
- Valuable written English and confidence reading business and research material.
- The ability to work independently and communicate progress in a remote team.
- Curiosity about international markets and how organisations work.

No previous professional experience is required. University assignments, dissertations and personal projects are welcome examples of your skills. Useful, but not essential

- Pivot tables, lookup functions or data visualisation experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python.
- Experience using AI tools while verifying results against reliable sources.
