About the Role: AGT is looking for a Data & AI Strategy Manager to lead high impact consulting engagements - helping clients define their Data & AI vision, build strategies and roadmaps, and guide execution from idea to delivery. You'll lead teams, work directly with senior stakeholders, and help grow the practice through thought leadership and business development.

Location: Hyderabad, India | Remote

Experience: 8+ years

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Act as trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders; own engagement outcomes, risk, and delivery quality; run executive workshops to align on Data & AI vision and investment priorities
- Define enterprise Data, AI, and GenAI strategies, target operating models, and phased roadmaps; identify and prioritize high-value use cases with clear ROI
- Own commercial delivery: shape SOWs, manage project financials, timelines, and resourcing; ensure contractual deliverables meet or exceed standard
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional consulting teams; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement; contribute to practice capability building
- Drive thought leadership and business development: produce points of view and IP, support proposals and client pursuits
- Translate data into influence: generate insights, craft executive narratives and board papers,



and turn technical concepts into business-focused messaging

Requirements: Consulting & Leadership

- 8+ years in consulting or skilled services, including 4+ years in Data/AI strategy roles
- Proven people leadership - managing and mentoring consulting teams
- Track record in high-paced, client-facing roles with senior/C-suite stakeholders

Strategic & Commercial
- Experience shaping SOWs and commercial models for consulting engagements
- Strong grasp of market, industry, and technology trends shaping Data & AI

Technical Foundations
- Solid baseline knowledge of Data & AI platforms and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Practical experience with data visualization/analytics/storytelling tools
- Exposure to AI and GenAI concepts, use cases, and delivery considerations

Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Confidence influencing senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical mindset - able to simplify complex problems into pragmatic solutions
