sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Functional Senior Test lead to be a part of our team in Bangalore.

As a Functional Test Lead, you will:

- Manage overall test activities- Provide Test estimates, Plan Test schedules, Create Test plans, propose test strategies and test process setup’s
- Optimizing Test plan/Test process and implement best practices as per organization standards
- Develop Test Design & Test scripts/Test scenarios, execute testcases, validate the results, raise defects.
- Review functional design documents, derive Test scenario and Perform/facilitate Test case/Scenario reviews
- Involved in managing and conducting functional testing, System integration testing, Regression Testing , SIT/E2E testing, UAT testing and Production Validations.
- Able to Plan, Prioritise the tasks for Test team and co-ordinate with Project Teams/Clients
- Drive, Own & Support Test initiatives and practices as part of Continuous Improvement
- Track and prepare the daily and monthly status reports for testing activities, testing results, test coverage, defects discovered and their statuses, Test Summary reports and Test exit reports, reporting to Management and Leadership teams
- Communicate project test progress with stake holders and obtain Test sign off approvals for the test activities conducted for a particular release
- Organize and facilitate daily/weekly meetings, Defect Triage calls, E2E/SIT and UAT testes for Business end users, Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders,
- Ensure all contents are documented and Test artifacts are maintained
- Timely escalation of the issues, Risks and Blockers causing delay to the project
- Mentor and manage the team on ground with their deliverables and performance reviews and team dynamics

The requirements for this role include:





- 8+ years of experience as a subject matter expert & Testing experience on any ERP’s or Financial products.
- Extensive experience in Core Financial Modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, and Projects and preference will be given for Production module knowledge
- Prior experience in Design and Develop of Test scenarios, Test Cases from Functional Design Document/BRDs, Execute Functional Test cases, Defect Management, Test Management Tools
- Experience in DevOps Test tool – Creation of Test scenarios, Test plan creation, Test execution, Defects raising & maintenance, Test reports and Dashboards
- Sound Experience and Knowledge on Test Process & Practices, Test strategies, Testing Phases, Test reporting
- Expertise in problem solving, excellent communication, documentation skills, decision making skills and Valuable interpersonal skills
- Prior Testing Experience on cross-system Integrations or Data Migration Testing would be an added advantage
- People management

Desired qualifications and skills:

- Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas (B.Com, BBM, M.Com, MBA).
- Candidates with Microsoft certifications, ISTQB are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
- Knowledge on D365 F& O will have an added advantage.
- Candidate with knowledge on Microsoft RSAT or any Test automation tools will have an added advantage
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to guide team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
- Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
